The wellbeing workshop will be led by Hannah Leggott and Sarah Root. Hannah is an investment banker and yoga teacher/L3PT, who teaches yoga at Raphael Fitness and Sarah is an HR business partner and welling coach, who has been a member of Tai-Ga and Raphael Fitness for a number of years.
Both Hannah and Sarah offer practical and realistic resources to men and women seeking guidance and information on how to improve self-care, whilst juggling a myriad of tasks, like jobs, family and other daily responsibilities, in an ever evolving and fast paced environment, where the expectations on a person to be continually delivering are at an all time high.
